Abstracts can still be submitted but they can no longer be considered as oral presentations. You are welcome to submit several abstracts.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the symposium organisers and chairmen to be considered as oral presentations to the sessions. Please, pay attention that the scientific and technological novelty of your work is evident from your abstract.
Instructions for abstract
Please do not use e.g. Creek symbols. For instance, replace the character by writing "alpha, beta etc.". Abstracts must be written in English. They should be single spaced and not exceeding 2500 characters (including spaces), excluding the title of the paper and the name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s). When preparing your abstract, please comply with the following guidelines:
Line 1: TITLE (capitals), use 12 pt Times Roman/TimesNew Roman.
Line 2: Names and initials of all authors, the presenting author(s)
Line 3: Institution(s). When the authors come from different institutions, mark their affiliations by superscripted numbers
Line 4: Empty
Line 5: Body text (Times Roman/Times New Roman), single spacing, 12
Your abstract will be fitted to half of an A4 sized page.
Also include the following information below the abstract:
Name of the corresponding author, institution, position, postal address, city, country, phone and fax numbers and e-mail address.
Send your abstract as an email attachment to Annemari Kuokka (firstname.lastname@example.org). Use rich text format (.rtf).
Please note that the posters have a maximum width of 90 cm and a maximum height of 110 cm
